Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday with night shift A company with over 27 years of experience, specializing in providing operational and document management solutions for leading organizations in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors, is seeking a Courier Operations Assistant meeting the following criteria: **Requirements:** \- Basic Excel proficiency (mandatory) \- Experience in similar positions (not mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Receipt of courier bags from offices * Registering courier bag information in the RVA application * Receiving, validating, and classifying documents destined for the Agency Network; classifying documents by agency according to dispatch frequency * Opening and sorting courier bags (external valuables and documents) * Sorting exchange courier bags and promissory notes for dispatch to the GSD provider * Preparing jumbo courier bags for dispatch to the provider * Storing empty courier bags, documents, and checkbooks in the agency pigeonhole system * Validating auto-generated items via PDA for dispatch to agencies (Lima and provinces) * Responding to inquiries regarding the status of documents and/or dispatched packages * Performing assigned route deliveries **Skills:** * Honest • Organized • Customer-oriented **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM **Base Salary:** * S/1150 monthly (on payroll Rempye) \+ (additional night shift allowance / 30 minutes after 10:00 PM) * S/100 transportation allowance (subject to attendance and punctuality) * S/35 additional transportation allowance for night shift work District: San Isidro Salary: S/.1,150\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
