Job Summary: Support the implementation and control of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements and internal standards. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct BPM, POES, and HACCP inspections, managing findings and actions. 2. Verify compliance with quality and food safety standards in production. 3. Support training, audits, and follow-up of corrective actions. **Job Objective:** Support the execution and control of Quality Management System activities, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements, technical regulations, and internal standards to guarantee customer satisfaction and legal compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct BPM, POES, and HACCP inspections, managing findings and corrective actions. * Verify compliance with quality and food safety standards across all stages of the production process. * Perform sampling, technical reporting, and verification of product labeling, weight, and sealing. * Issue quality certificates based on inspection results. * Support training, internal audits, and follow-up of corrective actions. * Assist with documentation procedures for health registrations and authorizations. * Monitor calibration, maintenance, cleaning, and pest control programs. * Report process deviations and propose corrective measures. **Requirements:** * Completed technical studies in Food Industries or Agro-industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing quality-related functions in the food industry. * Preferred knowledge of HACCP, BPM-POES, and internal auditing systems. * Full-time position.
