




Position Summary: A human resources professional responsible for comprehensive personnel management—from onboarding to offboarding—and administrative control. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of personnel files, contracts, and certifications. 2. Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as employee induction. 3. Support in performance evaluations and employee welfare activities. 4. Knowledge of labor legislation and organizational culture. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files for all employees. * Ensure delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms to staff. * Manage responses to Sunafil inquiries. * Manage updates of personal data, contracts, addendums, and certifications. * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and signing employment contracts, renewals, and addendums. * Coordinate with the legal and accounting departments for specific requirements. * Employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring submission of required documents. * Manage induction and onboarding documentation. * Attendance tracking. * Register and update insurance policies. * Manage employee hiring and termination records. * Prepare turnover, attendance, vacation, and leave reports. * Support implementation of performance evaluations. * Coordinate employee welfare and training activities. * Support internal and external audits related to HR. * Maintain ongoing communication with employees to address labor-related questions or concerns. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection. * Familiarity with labor legislation. * Onboarding and organizational culture expertise. ***HOW TO APPLY:*** Send your CV to: ebejar@ifsec.pe Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
