JOIN OUR TEAM! **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Generalist** to join an **Environmental Sanitation** company committed to developing its human talent. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Human Resources Generalist. * Experience in personnel administration and **payroll management**. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Human Resources processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proactive, organized, analytical individual with strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and manage employee personnel files. * **Prepare and review the monthly payroll for approximately 35 employees.** * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding. * Monitor attendance, vacations, leaves of absence, and medical leave. * Calculate social benefits (CTS, bonuses, and vacation pay). * Coordinate with Accounting regarding payroll-related information. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Implement wellness, onboarding, and workplace climate initiatives. * Other duties inherent to the position.
