**Responsibilities**
* Comprehensively lead the Human Resources department, aligning talent strategy with organizational objectives.
* Supervise recruitment and selection, personnel administration, compensation, training, performance evaluation, and organizational development processes.
* Design and implement policies, procedures, MOF (Management Operating Framework), management indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement projects.
* Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor legislation and provide support during inspections and audits by SUNAFIL, the Ministry of Labor, and other relevant entities.
* Lead labor relations processes, disciplinary procedures, termination negotiations, and labor conflict resolution.
* Supervise Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management, employee well-being, and organizational climate.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
* Advanced specialization or master's degree in Talent Management, Strategic HR Management, or MBA is desirable.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience leading the Human Resources department in managerial positions.
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related companies.
* Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation, personnel administration, compensation, performance evaluation, competency-based selection, and OSH.
* Proven experience handling SUNAFIL and Ministry of Labor audits.
* Experience in labor termination negotiations, disciplinary procedures, conciliations, and labor conflict management.
* Proficiency in management indicators (KPIs) and People Analytics.
* Valid A1 driver's license.
**Conditions**
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Salary: S/. 5000 \- S/. 6000
* Willingness to commute between the Callao and Santa Anita offices.
* Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month
