We seek a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join our administrative team. **Your main responsibilities:** * Attendance Control: Reconcile staff working hours to ensure accurate payroll processing. * Meal Management: Coordinate and supervise daily meal ration reconciliation for the team. * Document Support: Accurately prepare and manage invoices and shipping guides. * Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive support for tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, contributing to departmental efficiency. **What we are looking for?** · Responsible and proactive university or institute student majoring in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Administration and/or related fields * Reside in Puente Piedra or nearby areas (Northern Cone). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory for working hour reconciliation). * Organized, responsible individual with strong learning ability. **What we offer?** * Internship agreement (Pre- or Post-Graduation). * Learning opportunity in the organic food sector. * Pleasant work environment and professional growth. * Ongoing training and career path.
