Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics intern – picking specialist to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and invoicing of technology and video game products. Key Highlights: 1. Interest in technology and video games is valued. **Job Description** We are Game Center, and we are looking for personnel to join our **logistics intern \- picking** team. This position aims to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and invoicing of our technology and video game products. **Responsibilities:** * Reviewing product order platforms. * Assisting in organizing and managing labels for products to be processed. * Issuing **shipping guides**, **receipts**, **invoices**, and **tickets**, per established procedures. * Monitoring real-time inventory through the system, updating incoming and outgoing movements. * Preparing orders for dispatch, verifying accuracy of quantities and supporting documentation. * Digitizing and archiving delivery documents as formal proof of completed deliveries. * Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. * Complying with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** · **Education:** Completed secondary education; technical diploma or currently studying in logistics, picking, or related fields. . **Basic knowledge** of inventory management, labeling, and packaging. . **Proficiency** with digital platforms (desirable) · **Experience:** Basic experience in picking or warehouse tasks. * Intermediate Excel proficiency · **Skills:** o Attention to detail and ability to identify products by their technical specifications. o Excellent organizational and planning skills. o Teamwork and effective communication skills with other departments. o Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues. o Proficiency with digital tools (scanners/WMS) **Preferred Qualifications:** o **Interest in technology and video games**: Knowledge of consoles, computer hardware, video games, and accessories. o **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. o **Ability to work under pressure**: During peak demand periods (product launches, promotions), capacity to handle increased workloads. **Working Hours**: * **Workdays**: Monday to Saturday * **Available Shift**: Part \- time shift: 9:00AM \- 1:00PM (subject to coordination) Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Internship Application Question(s): * Current district of residence * Current WhatsApp number * Immediate availability to work in Santiago de Surco Experience: * Warehouse or Picking: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
