Supervise operational staff and ensure quality standards. **Junior Plant Supervisor** (MALE/FEMALE) **Company:** BYB INGENIERIA Y PROYECTOS A MEDIDA S.A.C. **Location:** Puente Piedra – Establo Bus Stop **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** A company specializing in the manufacturing of electrical panels and metal-mechanical products is seeking a **Junior Plant Supervisor** to control and coordinate daily operations, ensuring proper plant functionality and adherence to established processes. **Candidate Profile:** * Professional graduate in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields * Ability to read engineering drawings and intermediate/advanced AutoCAD proficiency * Prior experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year) * Strong team leadership and activity organization skills * Residency in the northern district * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency **Main Responsibilities:** * Operation of laser cutting machines (not mandatory) * Support daily production planning, coordination, and control in the metal-mechanical plant * Coordinate and supervise operational staff * Report incidents, progress, and results to the Operations Department * Monitor materials to prevent production stoppages in coordination with the Logistics Department * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and single-line diagrams (mandatory) * Coordinate production processes according to the production plan guidelines, aiming to meet product quality, time, cost, and volume standards * Supervise operational staff (welders, assemblers, painters, and assistants), verifying achievement of production targets and quality standards * Control efficient use of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Results orientation * Proactivity and learning ability * Ability to work under pressure **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Salary:** * **From S/ 1,500 onward**, depending on experience and evaluation. **Application Instructions:** Interested candidates may send their updated CV **specifying the position applied for** to **\+51 938 158 329** or email: **logistica@bybinpromed.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
