




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to manage documents, inventory, coordinate deliveries, handle petty cash, and support procurement and sales management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of administrative and commercial documents. 2. Logistics coordination and petty cash handling. 3. Support in procurement management and supplier sourcing. * Generate administrative documents * Update inventory records for imported products * Coordinate and report on the delivery schedule * Handle petty cash * Record invoices in the tracking spreadsheet * Collect outstanding invoice payments * Manage samples * Support procurement coordination with suppliers * Source new local and international suppliers * Manage purchase and sales documents.
