PCP ANALYST

Position Summary: We are seeking a PCP Analyst to plan, control, and settle production at our legume processing plant, coordinating with Warehousing and Procurement. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for production planning and control. 2. Management of production settlements and manufacturing orders. 3. Constant communication with key departments of the company. We are looking for a PCP Analyst for our legume processing and packaging plant. The role will be responsible for production planning, control, and settlement, ensuring adherence to the production schedule and proper coordination with Warehousing and Procurement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform and validate daily, weekly, and monthly production settlements. * Prepare Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and ensure their correct registration in SAP. * Plan the Production Schedule, verifying material availability. * Generate progress reports comparing the schedule against Sales Orders and analyze fulfillment rates. * Record and control product transformations across brands or formats. * Generate reports on raw material consumption, packaging material usage, and productivity. * Support the creation of new SKUs and configurations in SAP. * Maintain constant communication with Production, Procurement, and Warehousing. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a PCP Analyst, PCP Assistant, or Production Supervisor. * Mandatory experience with SAP (Production modules). * Knowledge of BPM, HACCP, and production management. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. **COMPETENCIES:** * **Honesty \- Organization \- Teamwork \- Punctuality and Stress Tolerance.** **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, health insurance, family allowance, vacation, profit sharing, etc.) * Work location: La Victoria * Pleasant working environment.
