What will you do? * Handle and follow up on transportation and cargo requests. * Maintain constant coordination with our fleet and customers. * Enter data into the internal system. * Proactively resolve inquiries and manage incidents. What profile are we looking for? * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 months in a Call Center (Customer Service or Sales). * **Skills:** Fluent communication, empathy, and problem-solving ability. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts (as required by operations). * **Education:** Completed secondary education or ongoing/unfinished technical studies.
