




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and related obligations for a leading retail sector company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire payroll and employment contract process. 2. Ensures compliance with current labor regulations. 3. Supports internal climate, culture, and communication management. We are looking for the best human talent to fill the position of Payroll Assistant. We are a leading retail sector company with presence in the Peruvian and Chilean markets. We represent brands such as New Era, Lacoste, Bimba y Lola, and Tous, and operate our own stores, points of sale in major regional department stores, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. **Mission** * Ensure the salary payment process, contract management, and payment of payroll-related obligations for employees, guaranteeing that calculations and payments are performed and accounted for accurately, promptly, and in accordance with current labor regulations. **Responsibilities** * Preparation and calculation of employee payroll. * Submissions via AFP Net and PLAME. * Preparation of social benefits settlements. * Attendance, vacation, leave, and overtime tracking. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding remuneration and benefits. * Management and filing of contracts, pay slips, and settlements. * Support in internal climate, culture, and communication management. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Knowledge Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in comprehensive payroll and employment contract management. **Additional Knowledge** * Proficiency in AFP Net, PLAME, and current labor regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
