Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the management, updating, and coordination of tourism products, working with international suppliers and internal teams. Key Highlights: 1. A dynamic and professional environment with opportunities for development **Main Responsibilities:** · Support the **management and updating of tourism products** (packages, tours, and services). · Coordinate with **international suppliers** for rate and availability updates. · Prepare and update **quotations and product sheets** for the sales team. · Support the **upload of information into internal systems and sales platforms**. · Prepare and update itineraries, product sheets, and informational materials for the sales team. · Monitor **bookings, confirmations, and service modifications**. · Support the **creation and updating of tourism itineraries**. · Coordinate with **sales, reservations, and operations departments** for proper product management. · Maintain an updated **database of hotels, operators, and tourism services**. · Quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and technological tools implemented by the company. **Profile Requirements:** \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in **travel agencies, tour operators, or wholesalers** (preferred). \- Proficiency in GDS systems, especially Amadeus. \- Advanced technological skills, with the ability to operate multiple digital platforms and tools. \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel \- Quick learning ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. \- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and other departments. **We Offer:** \- Opportunity to join a leading company in the tourism sector with over 27 years of experience. \- Continuous training on technological tools and reservation systems. \- A dynamic and professional environment, with opportunities for development and growth.
