Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Back Office Assistant to ensure smooth commercial operations within an industrial textile company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the sales process in SAP and coordinates with various departments. 2. Supports collections, sales closing, and commercial documentation management. 3. Collaborates on operational coordination and order handling. We are an industrial textile company specializing in manufacturing nets for the fishing industry. We seek a **Commercial Back Office Assistant** to ensure the proper flow of commercial operations. **What will you do?** * Manage the sales process in SAP (customers, orders, and invoicing). * Prepare and track quotations together with the commercial team. * Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Quality to ensure on-time deliveries. * Manage commercial documentation and customer portals. * Support collections and monthly sales closing. * Coordinate domestic shipments and export operations. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in back office, sales, or commercial areas. * **SAP (Sales module) – mandatory.** * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in operational coordination and order handling. **What we offer** * Full payroll from day one * Professional development * Positive work environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:15 pm Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
