Manage the pickup of products returned by customers, coordinating with relevant departments. Verify and record the physical condition of returned products. Input and update ERP system information related to returns. Coordinate with transportation providers for timely product pickup. Track claims related to returned or incorrect products. Prepare control and analytical reports on returns, failures, and common causes. Support the development of improvements in reverse logistics processes.
