Job Summary: Provide commercial and administrative support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing strategic clients in the construction sector, ensuring operational execution and project tracking. Internal coordination of deliveries and incident management **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide commercial and administrative support to the Key Account Manager (KAM) in managing strategic clients in the construction sector * Ensure correct operational execution of agreements, projects, and works for portfolio clients. * Conduct commercial follow-up on projects under quotation, works in progress, and credit line renewals. * Internally coordinate material deliveries and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers. * Coordinate and validate stock levels at stores. * Maintain up-to-date project and client information. * Manage operational incidents and customer complaints. * Support documentation management for invoices, shipping guides, and receivables. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates, Bachelor's degree holders, and/or professionals in Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 \- 3 years of work experience in B2B commercial support and construction client service. * Experience in construction materials, cement, steel, and/or industrial hardware companies. * Experience in procurement departments of construction companies. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (reporting, tracking, analysis). * Availability to work onsite Monday through Saturday in Surquillo.
