Job Summary: Montalvo Institute is seeking a Commercial Assistant to monitor sales performance, track commercial indicators, coordinate training, participate in local prospecting, and coordinate marketing actions. Preparation of periodic commercial reports At **MONTALVO INSTITUTE**, a leading educational institution in the field of Cosmetology and Aesthetics, we are looking for a COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT for the **ATE** campus. **Requirements:** * Technical, university, or incomplete studies in Marketing, Sales, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial and/or marketing areas. * Experience in the education sector or services (desirable). * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Availability to conduct fieldwork alongside the Commercial Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily sales assistants’ performance. * Track commercial indicators. Coordinate training and product reinforcement sessions. * Participate in local prospecting activities (activations, fairs, partnerships). * Coordinate lead-generation activities jointly with the Marketing department. * Supervise proper use of promotional materials at the campus. * Prepare and present periodic commercial reports. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm / 2 Saturdays per month: 8:30 am \- 11:30 am Campus: Ate **Benefits:** * Full payroll under the General Regime * Corporate benefits * Excellent work environment * Career development opportunities Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience conducting field prospecting?
