Job Summary: We are seeking a fast and consistent professional to publish advertisements, manage leads, and support digital content creation, with a focus on daily lead acquisition and goal achievement. Executive, fast, and consistent profile, goal-oriented **What Are We Looking for in You?** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields (in progress or completed) * **Proven experience (minimum 1 year):** Publishing on Facebook Marketplace, groups, and social media platforms * **Practical proficiency:** * Facebook Marketplace (mandatory) * Instagram and TikTok * WhatsApp Business (customer management) * **Daily output:** Ability to publish multiple advertisements per day and manage a high volume of messages * **Tools:** Canva and basic video editing (CapCut or others) * **Availability:** On-site work in Carabayllo **Your Responsibilities:** * Publish advertisements daily on Marketplace, groups, and social media platforms * Manage and respond to leads in real time * Qualify potential clients (property owners and buyers) * Forward opportunities to the sales department * Support digital content creation focused on lead acquisition **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * A **fast, executive, and consistent** individual * Goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure and high-volume conditions * We do not seek theoretical profiles; we seek **individuals who have already executed these tasks** **Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical diploma * Minimum experience: 1 year in social media (verifiable) * Age: between 20 and 30 years old * Mandatory: Prior experience publishing on Marketplace or generating leads * **Salary:** S/ 1,300 + performance-based bonuses * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (On-site) Employment type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 6 months Salary: S/.1,000.00 \- S/.1,130.00 per month Experience: * Design: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
