Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance and Project Assistant to evaluate, monitor, and optimize strategic projects, providing key information for managerial decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of opportunities to improve operational efficiency. **FINANCE AND PROJECT ASSISTANT** We are seeking a passionate Finance and Project Assistant with expertise in financial analysis and budgetary control, who will actively participate in the evaluation, monitoring, and optimization of strategic telecommunications sector projects (network, infrastructure, services, and commercial expansion), providing key information for managerial decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in project analysis, financial planning, budgetary control, and cost center management. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgetary control, and KPIs. * Experience preparing dashboards and executive reports for decision-making. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Power BI. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate projects considering costs, budgets, and profitability, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Monitor strategic projects and achievement of area-specific targets. * Manage cost centers and budgets, identifying variances and proposing solutions. * Prepare executive reports and dashboards in Power BI for managerial decision-making. * Analyze budget variances and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Support annual budget preparation and financial forecasting. * Present results and insights to management and senior leadership. * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project profitability.
