A prominent healthcare sector company, specialized in high-end medical solutions, seeks to hire a **Junior Marketing Assistant** with a creative, organized, and proactive profile, capable of executing operational tasks in design, social media management, and logistical support. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role within pharmaceutical or healthcare companies (preferred). * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva Pro, Meta Business Suite, and basic knowledge of Google Ads. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and corporate materials (brochures, catalogs, presentations). * Schedule posts, monitor interactions, and route qualified leads to the sales team. * Execute the customer loyalty calendar (birthday greetings, anniversary messages, promotional gift distribution). * Support the organization and execution of exhibition booths at conferences, company events, and logistics for promotional materials. * Manage inventory of merchandising items, printed materials, and point-of-purchase (POP) displays, ensuring availability for the sales team. * Coordinate and deliver marketing materials to sales executives for their daily visits, business trips, and events. **OFFERED:** * Employment with a leading healthcare sector company, adhering to premium quality standards. * A collaborative work environment offering opportunities to build your portfolio in a high-value industry. * Internal career growth path and continuous learning.
