Job Summary:
Coordinate and develop production plans, manage inventories and SKUs, and monitor KPIs for a leading company in sustainable packaging solutions.
Key Highlights:
1. Key role in short- and medium-term production planning.
2. End-to-end inventory management and SKU rationalization.
3. Monitoring of production KPIs and plan adherence.
Develop the medium-term (monthly) and short-term (weekly) Aggregate Production Plan.
Coordinate with Materials Planning to ensure raw material availability according to forecasted inflows.
Track inventory coverage to maintain balanced inventory levels and ensure appropriate replenishment order planning.
Rationalize SKUs and validate the production feasibility of commercial proposals (new SKUs).
**Manage departmental KPIs such as:** production plan adherence, days of coverage, stockout percentage, obsolescence level.
Define necessary intercompany transactions between countries.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a production planning assistant or analyst in large or multinational companies.
Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP MM module (mandatory).
Advanced-level proficiency in Excel.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI.
Intermediate-level English proficiency (desirable).
