We are currently seeking top-tier professionals to fill the position of* ***Commercial Assistant:*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in telemarketing and/or customer service (preferred). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. * Immediate availability. * Residence in areas near Santiago de Surco (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Handle leads from new and active client portfolios. * Generate quotations, follow up, and close deals. * Coordinate with Pre-sales for conferences, site visits, etc. * Responsible for filtering and providing databases according to agreements with respective department heads. * Coordinate with Marketing for participation in cybersecurity events, trips, conferences, etc. * Support onboarding and training for new staff. * Information Management: Manage commercial information and generate sales reports. * Assist in preparing commercial files. * Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with current and prospective clients. * Travel to pursue new business opportunities. * Other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration per local labor law. * Flexible working hours. * Favorable work environment: * Join a high-performance team with a high degree of specialization. * Access professional challenges. * Defined career path. * Be part of an industry-leading organization. * Free continuous training. * Timely salary payments.
