**Position: Commercial Administrative Assistant (tender experience)**
A company specializing in the sale of high-tech medical and dental equipment requires a **Commercial Administrative Assistant with tender experience**.

Requirements:
* Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* Preferably with at least 2 years of prior experience in the specified functions.
* Desirable 2 years of experience in the tender area (reviewing SEACE, preparing tender files and supporting documentation for public procurement processes), documented specifically in the medical equipment sector. **Intermediate knowledge of Office: Word, Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas).**
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law.
* Familiarity with SAP and CRM.
* High level of commitment, punctuality, responsibility, and ethics.
Main Responsibilities:
* Experience in public administration and the new Public Procurement Law.
* Prepare quotations for clients based on sales conditions agreed upon with sales representatives and authorized by the Commercial Department Management.
* Facilitate the sale of consumables (purchase orders) by courteously handling client phone calls and responding to their quotation requests for the products we represent.
* Prepare the Sales File (Transfer file) SO according to the client’s Purchase Order terms and conditions approved by the Sales Management.
* Draft the Purchase Order (PO) in accordance with the proposal approved by the client, as well as the sales contract using available templates and reviewed by legal counsel. Follow up until document signatures are completed.
* Coordinate with legal counsel to review client contracts (special cases) and follow up until resolution.
* Coordinate with Business Consultants / Product Specialists and Technical Operations to prepare application schedules for clients, aligned with the sales conditions stipulated in our quotation and the client’s Purchase Order.
* Tender Document Analysis: Thoroughly review terms of reference, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria for each tender.
* Maintain statistical sales data for equipment, categorized by modality, model, and other departmental information requirements.
* Document Management: Organize and keep updated all documentation related to tenders, including proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
* Monitoring and Tracking: Supervise compliance with deadlines, requirements, and conditions stipulated in tender documents.
* Assist in managing information published on the SEACE platform.
* Conduct due diligence on clients (ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system).
* Other related duties as assigned.
