Management of social media and events to boost the business. **ODONTOGAMA IMPORTACIONES**, a leading company in the importation and distribution of dental products, is looking for a Commercial Representative to join our team. We seek a proactive individual with commercial and administrative skills and an interest in developing sales strategies. **Requirements** * Graduates in Technical or University-level Administration, or Administration and Marketing. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Prior experience in sales and customer service. * Minimum one year of commercial experience. * Ability to independently manage a customer portfolio and achieve sales targets. * Knowledge and experience in social media management and community management. * Self-motivated learner with desire to learn and grow professionally. * Availability for occasional travel. **Responsibilities** * Manage sales and development of assigned customers. * Search for and organize events, courses, and/or workshops. * Respond promptly to complaint requests and provide immediate solutions. * Manage and administer social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, TikTok). * Make telephone calls and visit potential customers to identify sales opportunities. * Present products and services to customers, highlighting key benefits and features. * Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals. * Coordinate delivery processes for sold products and services. * Maintain an updated sales record and report results to the management team. * Ability to perform tasks efficiently using manuals. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:40 pm * Saturday: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm Salary: Starting at S/.1,400.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you have experience in sales and social media management? * Please indicate your salary expectations, district of residence, phone number, and updated WhatsApp number \* Are you available for occasional travel?
