Credit and Collections Analyst \- with experience
A well-established company specializing in the sale of graphic industry supplies is seeking qualified personnel.
* REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in similar roles
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Pivot Tables) and ERP systems
* Knowledge of credit notes, debit notes, promissory notes, checks, accounting principles, telephone collection management, and field visits
* Age: 25 to 40 years
* Gender: Unrestricted
* Full-time availability
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review and file daily bank journals
* Verify protested promissory notes and enter them into the system along with associated fees
* Register unique promissory note numbers and inform customers of their status
* Prepare promissory note lists for submission to the bank
* Evaluate customer credit applications, propose repayment terms, and identify associated risks
* Monitor granted credit lines and continuously assess customers' financial stability
* Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts, promissory notes pending acceptance, and promissory note maturity dates at the bank
* Conduct on-site customer visits
* Manage delinquent collections and recommend necessary legal actions
* Analyze the progress and behavior of accounts receivable within the assigned portfolio
* Support commercial department staff on matters related to credit and collections accounting
* Prepare weekly collection reports and submit monthly accounts receivable closure reports to the relevant department
* Assist in improving internal processes within the department
* Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by management
