Job Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual Content Creator to develop and produce engaging graphic and video material for social media, highlighting properties and coordinating with real estate agents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation and production of audiovisual and graphic content for social media. 2. Scriptwriting, development of creative ideas, and content calendar planning. 3. Content generation with real estate agents for lead acquisition and sales. A real estate agency specializing in property acquisition, sales, and rentals is seeking an **Audiovisual Content Creator**, meeting the following profile. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual content creation and social media management. * Experience in recording, editing, producing, and publishing content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Experience in scriptwriting, planning, and developing content grids/calendars. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Illustrator, and Canva. * Knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence tools for content generation and optimization. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary * In-person schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with availability for fieldwork) * Work location: San Borja * Benefits: Remype payroll (15 days of vacation, health insurance, and AFP) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and produce audiovisual and graphic content for the company's social media platforms. * Write scripts, develop creative ideas, and plan content grids/calendars. * Record and edit videos, reels, TikToks, photographs, and graphic assets for social media. * Generate content jointly with real estate agents and properties, highlighting lead acquisition, sales, rentals, and success stories. * Coordinate with agents to collect property information and audiovisual materials. * Publish and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok according to the established calendar. * Design graphic assets and adapt content to various digital formats and trends. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize content creation. * Conduct basic performance tracking of posts and propose improvements. * Support audiovisual coverage of company events and commercial activities.
