Then this could be your opportunity: at Bsale, we are looking for our next **Collections Executive**, whose role will be crucial in ensuring timely payments and consistently positive customer experiences. **What will you achieve in this role?** * Contact customers to resolve questions and coordinate payments promptly and courteously. * Monitor collections activities to help the team meet deadlines and targets. * Keep payment records and controls up to date so everything remains current. * Prepare simple reports to continuously improve our processes. * Promote automated payment methods, making life easier for our customers—and for you too ;) **What do we value in your application?** * Technical or professional education in administration or accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in collections and/or customer service roles. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proactive, empathetic attitude with a strong desire to improve daily. **Why work at Bsale?** * We’re a Latin American expansion-stage company!
