**The Opportunity**
This position is located in Lima, within our EPD (Established Products) division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality, differentiated-brand generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory.
**What You’ll Do**
This role is responsible for serving as the relational bridge between the company and the medical community across various healthcare institutions—such as hospitals, clinics, private practices, and others—by conducting field visits to physicians across various specialties, generating value for the medical community through promotion of new products, delivering medical information, and providing medical samples of our diverse pharmaceutical products.
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of the environment, market, and customer profile within your assigned territory to identify opportunities and implement differentiated actions.
* Organize and optimally plan your weekly work schedule.
* Effectively promote the division’s products to the physician target audience under your responsibility.
* Implement and execute promotional cycle strategies and activities.
* Properly control and distribute medical samples and promotional materials, as well as record daily visits, strictly adhering to current procedures.
* Optimize use of work tools (iPad, mobile phone, visuals, ACERCA, emailings, etc.).
* Efficiently and effectively organize and manage attendance for in-person and virtual events hosted by the division, per supervisor assignment.
* Promote and monitor stock turnover and sales at Inretail, horizontal pharmacies, and Neosalud.
* Complete company trainings and certifications on time and as required.
* Adhere to marketing budget and activity requirements.
* Timely submit expense reports or other applicable documentation via the company’s official platforms.
* Comply with company guidelines, policies, and processes—including Compliance, accounting, and others.
**Required Qualifications**
* Completed or incomplete technical or university studies, preferably in Health-related fields.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical promotion is desirable.
* Sales-related studies are desirable.
