Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Waiter or Hostess to provide warm and empathetic service, develop suggestive sales, and maintain cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the dining area WAITER We are a well-recognized restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the position of Waiter or Hostess for our restaurants located in the Miraflores district. Main Functions and Responsibilities Provide warm and empathetic service to customers, as well as handle complaints and/or issues that may arise in the dining area. Develop suggestive sales of our products. Handle customer complaints and suggestions. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements Education: Technical or university education preferred. Knowledge: Computer tools (MS Office, Internet, Windows) at user level. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a waiter or hostess in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. Skills: Customer service orientation, results-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule. Immediate availability. Knowledge of meat cuts and wine. Proven service expertise. Experience in steakhouse restaurant service. * Must be over 35 years of age Benefits Formal employment registration (MYPE regime).
