We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor for our store located at Larcomar, Miraflores, with prior experience in customer service and sales. We seek proactive individuals with excellent commercial attitude and motivation to grow within the retail sector. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Advise customers on product selection (children's clothing). * Achieve established sales targets. * Maintain store organization and product restocking. * Support operational tasks such as store opening and closing. **Requirements:** * Availability to work at Larcomar on rotating shifts (opening: 9/10 AM–6/7 PM; closing: 2 PM–10 PM). * Full-time availability (one day off per week). * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred). * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile. * Interest in job stability and career growth. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one (general regime, full statutory benefits). * Onboarding bonus of S/ 300 during the first month. * Base salary: S/ 1,130 \+ uncapped commissions; progressive commission scheme. * Potential monthly earnings of approximately S/ 1,700 or more (based on target achievement). * Timely payments and job stability.
