Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Sales Advisor to promote campaigns, raise social awareness, and raise funds for an NGO. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the sale of solidarity souvenirs On behalf of our client — a prominent **NGO** focused on improving the quality of life for children in vulnerable situations — we are looking for a Sales Advisor. We seek proactive and empathetic individuals who can actively contribute to campaign dissemination, promoting social awareness and fundraising through direct public engagement! **Responsibilities:** * Interact with the public to communicate the current campaign and encourage participation. * Manage the sale of solidarity souvenirs as a fundraising method. * Periodically maintain order and cleanliness at the assigned booth. * Monitor and account for product inventory according to established guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sales, or related fields (preferred). * Basic mobile phone/WhatsApp and simple digital tool proficiency for registration or reporting. * Knowledge of customer service, in-person sales, cold outreach, objection handling, fundraising, and basic inventory management. * Experience not required; 3–6 months of experience in sales, customer service, promotion, marketing, or social campaigns is preferred. * Availability for in-person work at a fixed booth. **Working Conditions** * Compensation: Unlimited commission-based pay * Schedule: 6 shifts per week with rotating day off. * Shifts: A: 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. / B: 4:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. * Workplace: Jockey Plaza Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
