Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Assistant for XFLY Gym in Lince to ensure safe, functional, and disinfected environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. XFLY Functional Training has opened a new recruitment call to hire a Cleaning Assistant for its staff. **Purpose of the Role:** To guarantee cleanliness, visual order, and general maintenance of the facility, providing safe, functional, and disinfected environments for the member community. **Required Profile:** * Prior experience in cleaning tasks (retail establishments, sports facilities, offices, or households). * High punctuality, sense of responsibility, initiative, and service orientation. * Residency in Lince or adjacent districts (e.g., Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, San Borja). **Job Duties:** * **Continuous Sanitization:** Clean and disinfect the exercise area, equipment, machines, reception, locker rooms, and restrooms. * **Facade Maintenance:** Keep the main entrance, parking area, and exterior premises in optimal condition. * **Waste Management:** Empty and remove waste from bins located in the training room, reception, and changing rooms during and at the end of each shift. * **Environmental Preservation:** Ensure the image, safety, and overall good condition of the entire infrastructure. **Work Shifts:** * **Morning Shift:** * Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Rest day: Rotating between Saturday or Sunday. * **Afternoon Shift:** * Monday to Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Sundays and holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Rest day: Rotating between Saturday or Sunday. **What the Company Offers:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system starting from the 4th month of work, with all statutory rights. * Biweekly and monthly payments made with strict punctuality. * Complimentary membership to train at XFLY gyms. * Streamlined selection process for immediate hiring and onboarding.
