Professional development with a clear career path. **SM Hotel & Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently looking for a Chef to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and execute dishes according to our quality standards * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization at your station * Ensure excellent presentation of each dish * Collaborate with the team to deliver agile and efficient service * Manage ingredients responsibly * Comply with hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a chef in a restaurant serving traditional Peruvian cuisine or breakfast, preferably. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and proficiency in handling kitchen utensils and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Capacity to follow instructions and recipes accurately. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Completed culinary studies.
