Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven, and gastronomy-passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary team, ensure dish quality, and optimize operational processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the culinary team and supervise kitchen operations. 2. Design and update the menu in collaboration with management. 3. Control dish quality, presentation, and preparation times. We are looking for an experienced, leadership-driven, and gastronomy-passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in Lima City Center. You will be responsible for ensuring dish quality, kitchen organization, and compliance with operational standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all activities within the kitchen. * Design and update the menu in collaboration with management. * Control dish quality, presentation, and preparation times. * Manage the kitchen team (shift scheduling, training, and performance). * Monitor inventories, orders, and ingredient costs. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Optimize processes to improve operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Gastronomy. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and personnel management. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work in Lima City Center. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth.
