Coordination and supervision of infrastructure projects **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with over 4 years of professional registration. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Resident Construction Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Resident Construction Engineer on infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, PowerCost, AutoCAD, and BIM methodology. * Knowledge of project planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. * Experience in civil works and infrastructure projects. * Familiarity with PMBOK, BIM, Lean Construction, and the Last Planner System. * Availability to work onsite in Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise fieldwork execution, reporting progress to respective supervisors. * Monitor and control the project’s physical and financial performance. * Prepare construction valuations for the client and subcontractors. * Prepare, monitor, and justify contract change orders (additions and deductions). * Ensure compliance with project quality, scope, schedule, and safety standards. * Optimize the use of equipment, tools, and human resources. * Plan and coordinate activities of site personnel and subcontractors. * Supervise the quality and quantity of materials used in construction. * Submit periodic progress reports and notify any deviations. * Manage material requisitions and prepare technical and administrative reports related to the project. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Labor benefits under the Microenterprise Regime. * Pleasant working environment. * Team integration meetings. * Career development and growth path.
