




Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Security and Surveillance to manage services, supervise personnel, and maintain client relationships in the Lima and Central Highlands regions. Our client, a leading Peruvian private security company with over 30 years of market presence, has entrusted us with the search for a **Regional Operations Manager \- Security and Surveillance** for the Lima and Central Highlands regions. What are the main responsibilities? * Operational Management: Responsible for ensuring the proper delivery of security services within the assigned area, guaranteeing full coverage of posts, shifts, and replacements. Includes implementation of security plans, risk analysis, and timely response to incidents, emergencies, and contingencies. * Supervision and Control: Focused on field verification of compliance with procedures, security standards, proper use of PPE, and staff performance. Also includes protection of client and company assets through periodic inspections. * Personnel Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team, participating in recruitment, onboarding, training, and application of disciplinary measures. * Client Relations: Aimed at maintaining smooth communication with clients, addressing requests, complaints, and audits. * Administrative and Reporting Tasks: Preparation of management reports, tracking of KPIs, monitoring of operational updates, control of operating costs, and logistics resource management. * Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and occupational safety regulations, as well as coordination with authorities in case of significant incidents. What are we looking for? * Professionals trained in the Armed Forces, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software. * Knowledge of private security legislation and labor relations. * Experience with control and monitoring systems. * Operational logistics management and cost control. * Ability to prepare management reports and KPIs. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an operational leader.
