Due to our expansion, we are looking for **01 WELDING ASSISTANT.** **What will be your main challenges and responsibilities?** * Assist in welding and assembly of metal structures. * Support maintenance and repair of existing structures. * Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for assigned tasks. * Assist in interpreting blueprints and technical specifications. * Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE. * Support work at height when required. **What is the ideal profile for this position?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in welding and assembly of metal structures. * Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding, among others). * Experience working at height. * Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness for operational tasks. * Availability to work in Callao and travel to other locations. **What do we offer to help you grow with us?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * 60% food allowance coverage. * Career development path. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
