Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and automation. **Location:** Callao We are looking for three **Packaging Machine Technicians** with experience operating packaging machines, focused on ensuring operational reliability, product quality, and production efficiency. This position is critical to ensuring our products meet quality, safety, and operational continuity standards. **Requirements** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Control, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, industrial machinery operation and adjustment. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in Callao on rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust packaging machines, calibrate formats, and ensure proper cleaning. * Identify malfunctions and conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity. * Monitor product weight, seal integrity, and appearance according to established frequency. * Participate in autonomous maintenance of packaging and roasting lines. * Perform reprocessing and monitor yield loss during assigned shifts. * Record data in control forms, ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP systems. * Collaborate on continuous improvement and automation initiatives. **What We Offer?** * All statutory benefits and direct payroll from the first day of employment. * Food allowance. * Sundays and public holidays off.
