A customs agency belonging to a solid corporate group is seeking a **CUSTOMS AGENCY SUPERVISOR** to join our team:
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Supervise the proper execution of customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with deadlines and current regulations.
* Coordinate with involved departments to ensure operational efficiency.
* Lead and distribute the workload of the operational team (assistants, liquidators, and sector specialists).
* Advise internal and external clients on customs-related matters.
* Manage operational incidents and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
* Review and validate documentation, as well as monitor management indicators (KPIs).
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Specialization in International Trade and Customs.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the logistics sector for the mining industry or related fields.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM
Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month
