Requirements: * Degree in Accounting and professional registration (Colegiado). * Master’s degree and/or specialization in Tax Management (Preferred). * Minimum of 6\-7 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience managing personnel. * Experience using accounting software and ERP systems. * Knowledge of financial statement preparation. * Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Knowledge of tax regulations (Preferred). * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Willingness to work on-site in San Isidro. Responsibilities: * Analysis of accounts in the balance sheet and income statement. * Preparation of financial statements and accompanying notes. * Verification of accounting documentation. * Preparation of corporate reports. * Preparation and filing of monthly tax returns (e.g., Income Tax, VAT). * Preparation and filing of the Annual Tax Return. * Supervision of the accounting team. * Liaising with financial and tax audit teams.
