Actively participate in accounting management and decision-making. **Job Description:** **Miraflores, Lima** At **Grupo JGA Consultores**, a consulting and management holding company, we are looking for a **Senior Accountant** to lead **supervision** and **analysis** of accounting processes, ensuring **compliance** with tax obligations in a **multi-client environment.** **PROFILE:** We seek an organized, analytical professional with strong technical expertise, capable of managing accounting comprehensively and leading teams in a dynamic environment. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and validate corporate accounting, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial information. * Review and validate the preparation and filing of monthly tax returns, providing support. * Review and analyze Financial Statements (FS) and accounting reports. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations and established deadlines. * Lead and coordinate the accounting team, supervising and assigning responsibilities. * Provide technical judgment and support on accounting and tax matters, including direct participation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered accountant. * Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting positions. * Experience leading teams or supervising staff. * Solid knowledge of current accounting and tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting systems (Concar and Starsoft preferred). * Advanced Excel skills. * High professional judgment, analytical ability, and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills, leadership, and results orientation. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Compensation: S/ 4,000 – S/ 5,000 (general regime). * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Active participation in accounting management and decision-making.
