We are currently seeking a candidate for the **Credit and Collections** area who wishes to **grow with the team and take on new challenges** within a constantly evolving company. **What profile are we looking for?** \- Graduate in Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. \- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. \- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial analysis. \- Intermediate English (Desirable, not mandatory) **Key Competencies:** \- Strong oral and written communication skills \- Analytical ability and teamwork \- Organization and attention to detail. \- Negotiation skills and conflict management. \- Responsibility and ethics in handling financial information. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Analyze credit applications and verify customer documentation. \- Manage the company’s customer portfolio. \- Prepare executive reports on collection performance. \- Perform reconciliations and keep the customer portfolio up to date. \- Record and track accounts receivable. \- Monitor collections, especially those in the OVERDUE and DUE SOON statuses. \- Deliver paid invoices along with their corresponding payment supporting documents to the Finance Department for registration. \- Daily update sales staff on the current status of outstanding amounts for each assigned customer. \- Prepare projected collection reports for Management. \- Provide support to General Management on related financial and administrative matters. **Working Hours:** \- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00\-18:00 **Benefits:** \- Direct payroll registration under MYPE regime with all statutory benefits from day one. \- Ongoing training. \- Growth opportunities. \- Employment type: Full-time **Education Level:** \- Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) **Experience:** \- At least 18 months performing similar duties (Mandatory) **Work Location:** On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,700\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * MONTHS: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
