Job Summary: COPEGA is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, maintain order and cleanliness, and comply with hygiene and safety standards in a dynamic environment. Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area COPEGA is a company dedicated to providing food concession services under high-quality management and food safety systems, supported by a team of specialized professionals; therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of KITCHEN ASSISTANT. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months of certified experience in the position * Health Certificate – Food Handler **Responsibilities** Carry out responsibilities in coordination with the Head Cook, Chef, and/or assigned cook. Support food preparation for special events upon request. Use kitchen tools and equipment correctly and safely: knives, mixers, ovens, among others. Wash and sanitize utensils and kitchenware used in food preparation. Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned kitchen area. Comply with company hygiene, quality, and safety standards for food and tool handling. Prepare fruits and vegetables (washing and disinfection, peeling) or process vegetables (chopping or dicing).
