Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor strategies for commercial campaigns and member and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial coordination for cross-selling campaigns and agreement management. 2. Planning and execution of national cross-selling campaigns. 3. Management of the inbound marketing strategy for commercial campaigns. **Job Description** ---------------------- Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor strategies for commercial campaigns and member and customer relationship management. 1\. Coordinate with the commercial department to develop cross-selling offers, configure campaigns, manage agreements, define incentives for outbound advisors, draft post-sale scripts, continuously track campaign execution, and drive performance toward goal achievement. 2\. Plan and execute national cross-selling campaigns using AUNA clinics’ health products. 3\. Manage measurement and analysis of cross-selling initiatives’ profitability: Revenue (S/), number of new and existing customers, overflow sales, average consumption, average ticket, etc. 4\. Coordinate with the collections department for collection campaigns. 5\. Plan and execute Payment Solutions campaigns. 6\. Manage measurement and analysis of collection campaigns. 7\. Manage and implement the inbound marketing strategy for commercial campaigns (Email\-mkt / Social Media). 8\. Manage and control the monthly budget. 9\. Monitor service quality and tangible collaboration with our strategic partners: MOK and ATENTO. "10\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or "Promote a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, warm, and compassionate service." **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA (Preferred). * 3–4 years of experience executing commercial campaigns. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and SAP. * Experience with CRMs; HubSpot platform preferred. * Intermediate Power BI skills.
