




Job Summary: We are seeking an entrepreneurial professional for a digital real estate agency who can lead teams, organize staff, and manage suppliers and clients to achieve goals and expand the business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams and organize staff to achieve goals. 2. Recruit, evaluate, and select candidates, and track progress. 3. Register suppliers and clients to prioritize business opportunities. This is a digital real estate agency seeking an entrepreneurial professional capable of leading teams and organizing staff to achieve goals. Experience in real estate, construction, or the industrial sector is desirable, as our clients are companies and investors. We currently hold a portfolio of non-residential properties and will soon begin distributing construction materials using information technologies to differentiate ourselves from competitors. You will be responsible for recruiting staff, evaluating and selecting suitable candidates for positions, preparing a work plan with each position, and tracking progress for each function. You will also maintain records of suppliers and clients with whom physical or virtual meetings are held, prioritizing those with whom we can conduct business. Additionally, you will ensure office order and cleanliness, and supply necessary resources to achieve objectives.
