Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant with experience in inventory management, forklift operation, and SAP BO to verify, register, and control materials. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on proactive management and teamwork **COMPANY IN THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY SEEKING A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT.** **WORK LOCATION: CALLAO / AV. COLONIAL.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Forklift operation skills. * SAP BO proficiency. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * **Inventory management knowledge.** * Proactive individuals with strong skills and ability to work under pressure, and capable of teamwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify that materials exactly match the Purchase Order in SAP BO. * Immediately record incoming goods in the SAP BO Inventory module to ensure stock availability for planning. * Storage and stock control. * Conduct regular physical counts to ensure no discrepancies exist between system and physical inventory. * Record issuance of supplies against the specific Work Order (WO). * Process supplier documents so the accounting department can schedule payments without delays. * Maintain materials in good condition and availability, in correct quantities and values as per the stock ledger (kardex). * Pick and deliver products to the plant. * Receive products and/or goods into the warehouse and assign their locations. * Verify quantities on warehouse material issue vouchers from the previous day. * Organize and enter the data into the system, then file the vouchers. * Continuously attend to product requisitions**.** **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 1500 to S/1600 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:45 pm; Saturdays if required. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Safety equipment. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD SEND THEIR CV TO segethmed@gmail.com \- Subject line: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT.** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
