If you are passionate about Human Resources and wish to join a dynamic team that drives concepts, this opportunity is for you—we are looking for a Recruitment Assistant: Requirements: * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably in the gastronomic sector). * Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, job boards). * Availability to work onsite in Cercado de Lima. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Responsibilities: * Post job advertisements on authorized portals and social networks. * Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with pre-selected candidates. * Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires. * Assist in organizing integration activities, training sessions, and staff birthdays. * Address staff inquiries regarding HR matters and escalate them to the supervisor. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files for all employees, collaborating with branch administrators across the company. * Submit reports to direct supervisor. * Other assigned duties.
