Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise the fleet, administer infrastructure, manage maintenance records, and control vehicles and traffic tickets, providing technical support. Professional development in project and team management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 01\. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT Supervise fleet maintenance—preventive and corrective. 2\. INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION Manage maintenance and renovation of facilities, including operating licenses and permits. 3\. SYSTEM REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT Ensure data accuracy in the maintenance system (SUP). 4\. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT Supervise that the maintenance department complies with maintenance and/or repair processes and deadlines to ensure vehicle availability. SUP 5\. VEHICLE YARD CONTROL Conduct daily quality control of vehicle conditions in the yard. SUP 6\. PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT Record purchase orders. 7\. MINI-CASH REGISTER SETTLEMENT Record mini-cash documentation in the system. 8\. ST REGISTRATION IN COBRA Update units in Cobra. 9\. TRAFFIC TICKET CONTROL Validate traffic tickets on platforms. SUP 10\. TECHNICAL SUPPORT Provide technical assistance to customers in case of any incident. SUP **POSITION PROFILE** ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ADMINISTRATION, AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS OR RELATED FIELD; DEGREE: UNIVERSITY OR TECHNICAL **WORK EXPERIENCE**: PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FLEET MANAGEMENT, SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** KNOWLEDGE OF MAINTENANCE ERP SYSTEMS, TEAMWORK, PROBLEM-SOLVING, ORGANIZATION, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION **ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:** FLEET MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY KNOWLEDGE, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. **MUST HOLD A CLASS A1 DRIVER'S LICENSE** **Benefits** * **Market-competitive salary** * **Full payroll enrollment from day one, including all statutory benefits.** Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Driver's license (A1) Work Location: On-site employment
