




Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting inspections, maintenance, sample analysis, chemical dosing management, preparation of technical reports, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of dosing systems 2. Chemical dosing management and performance evaluation 3. Preparation and presentation of technical reports to customers We are seeking a professional who will perform the following duties: * Conduct route inspections of chemical dosing systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance (higher complexity), customer orientation, and cleaning and maintenance of Solenis equipment and systems. * Collect customer system samples and conduct laboratory analysis, making adjustments to dosing levels. * Verify all product consumption points and ensure all are adequately supplied, reporting any issues to the technical representative. * Manage chemically complex dosing operations and evaluate product performance, communicating with representatives and involving internal departments as necessary. * Develop action and improvement plans. * Install equipment and assemble dosing lines. * Prepare and present technical reports to customers. * Comply with all safety standards established by Solenis processes and customer requirements during activity execution. * Perform activities aligned with customer expectations. * Evaluate and manage field activity and laboratory analysis results to implement routine actions, supporting the responsible person. * Maintain effective communication and relationships with customer operators and supervisors to strengthen the relationship. * Implement action plans developed with support from the technical supervisor, utilizing service control tools. * Knowledge of industrial processes, equipment handling, dosing, and control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Category B driver's license. * Customer relationship skills. * Autonomy/independence. * Customer focus, safety focus, and results orientation. * Clear and assertive communication. * Autonomy and decision-making ability. * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks. * Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and collaboration. * Proposes improvements and shares knowledge. * Inspires and develops others. * Anticipates risks. * Compliance and ethics. * Process and business-oriented mindset.
