Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to professional competence, live out and reflect these values in their personal lives, as they are a fundamental part of our educational identity. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Prepare and deliver first-grade classroom sessions according to CB EBENEZER’s pedagogical model, considering students’ individual needs. * Conduct in-person classes in an organized environment that promotes learning and the holistic development of first-grade students. * Support and guide students in developing their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. * Propose and implement pedagogical improvements contributing to achieving expected learning outcomes for this grade level. * Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with parents. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Experience teaching in-person first-grade primary school classes. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite and Internet). * Preferably reside in Independencia or nearby areas. * We deeply value faith and Christian principles; thus, we seek professionals who practice and promote these values in their daily lives.
